FACTS
FACTS is the tuition management and grant and aid platform used by the schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. All families are asked to create an account with FACTS to manage their tuition payments. The grant and aid application is housed on the same platform for every school, parish, and the Archdiocese of Baltimore assistance. Therefore, a family needs to apply only once for possible support from these various sources. More information about FACTS can be found on their website.
The Facts About FACTS Tuition Collection Plan
- FACTS Tuition Management collects tuition. Payments are withdrawn automatically from your Bank Checking or Savings account.
- Parents will receive an invoice in July. The invoice will have all charges itemized, with any financial assistance from the school and parishes deducted. The balance will be divided into equal payments based on the plan you choose. The exception to this is the senior class, whose tuition must be paid in full by April 30.
- FACTS will be provided with your balance. Automatic withdrawals will be made on the 5th or the 20th of each month.
- F.A.C.E. credits will be deducted monthly which could allow you to adjust the amount of your final payment.
