Bishop Walsh Students Earn AP Scholar Awards

BISHOP WALSH STUDENTS EARN AP SCHOLAR AWARDS

The College Board has announced its Advanced Placement Scholar Awards and Bishop Walsh students earned multiple levels of recognition.  

Six students earned the AP Capstone Diploma, awarded to students who scored 3 or higher in AP Seminar and AP Research, along with 3 or higher in 4 additional AP exams. Recognized were Jin, Duncan, Adair, Rory, Lydia, and Kyle.

Nine BW students are AP Scholars with Distinction as they averaged 3.5 or higher and earned scores of 3 or higher on 5 or more AP exams. Recognized were Gwenyth, Mason, James, Kyle, Lydia, Duncan, Jin, Adair, and Rory.

Two students earned the AP Scholar with Honor designation as they averaged 3.25 or higher and scored 3 or higher on 4 or more exams. Matthew and Olivia earned this distinction.

Eight BW students are AP Scholars as they scored 3 or higher on 3 or more exams.  Recognized were Christian, Deirdre, Sejal, Carson, Michael, Mani, Karl, and Marina.
