Art

The Bishop Walsh Art Department has developed into the largest multifaceted extracurricular program offered to students. Each year PreK – 12th grade students may experience art in a comprehensive program that includes but is not limited to drawing, painting, sculpture, digital photography, design, etc. Regardless of the medium, our students are taught to push themselves and explore different types of work that provide individual expression. Student work can be found displayed throughout the school.

In addition to After School Art for current students, Ms. Fabrizio - Art Teacher, also holds BW Summer Art Camp during the month of July. This is open to all area students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. BW Art camp is a week-long and usually includes 1-2 different art projects per day. Sign up links will be posted at the end of the current school year.

Ms. Fabrizio, was selected as Allegany Magazine's Teacher of the Year for 2024. Congratulations!
